Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be requested via our online form, by phone, or in person at the clinic.
  • Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability — we will confirm your appointment by phone, email or text message.
  • If you have specific requirements or mobility needs, please inform us when booking so we can accommodate you appropriately.

2. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge to cover clinic time.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise — please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to see you. However, we may need to shorten or reschedule the session depending on available time and the needs of other patients.

4. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • We accept payment by card or cash.
  • Some treatments may be covered by private health insurance — please check with your provider before your appointment.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws and our privacy policy.
  • Information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of delivering appropriate healthcare and managing your clinic records.
  • We will never share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required to do so by law.

6. Clinical Care

  • Our practitioners are fully qualified and registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies (e.g. HCPC, College of Podiatry).
  • You will be assessed before treatment to ensure the service is safe and appropriate for your needs.
  • We reserve the right to decline or defer treatment if it falls outside our clinical scope or poses a risk to your health.

7. Feedback & Complaints

  • We welcome feedback to help us improve. If you have any concerns about your treatment or experience at the clinic, please speak to a member of staff or contact us directly.
  • Formal complaints will be acknowledged and handled in line with our complaints procedure, which is available on request.
